Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@loclicious.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lovely light oil

This oil is very light and is great at locking in moisture along with the hydration mist. I like that it's not greasy at all and absorbs quickly into my hair. I find rhe scent too sweet and hoping there will be some new fragrances coming soon to complement the new hydration sprays. Shipping time to the UK is fantastic, recieved my order 3 days after it was placed. Very pleased.

Amazing

I’m not gone lie… It took me a really long time to really see the value in this product. When I first purchased, I was fairly new on my loc journey and had just started retwisting my my own hair. Initially, I didn’t like it because it doesn’t have a sticky hold like traditional loc or braiding gels so it set in my fridge for a while. As my hair grew longer and I was able to experiment with different hairstyles, I started to really like doing braid outs. I noticed that with this particular style, I didn’t really like how regular twisting gel made my roots look and feel. So I pulled this product out and started using it only when I would do a braid out retwist. This last braid out is what made me decide that I was definitely gonna repurchase this product. My twists were sooo neat and my roots were so shiny and healthy looking. My actual Locs were super soft and looked very healthy as well. Another thing that I really like is the fact that I can oil my scalp before my retwists without it interfering with the integrity of the product used for twisting. Using this product, my hair looks better, feels better and if it’s done right, the retwists last just as long as it would with a more traditional locing gel. Not to mention… this products smells so good!!! This is genuinely an excellent product!! Highly recommend
